Welcome All,

My name is Jaili Ramirez (she/her), and I am a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist in the state of New York. I am a trauma-informed therapist that specializes in psychodynamic, strengths-based, and art-based approaches. I draw from my own life experiences as a Latinx-Asian American woman to provide a safe space that honors every aspect of my patient's identity and navigate differences with compassion and curiosity.

My experience includes working with children, adolescents, families, and adults struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief & loss, low self-esteem, complicated family dynamics, conflicting aspects of their cultural and racial identity, and difficult life transitions. I have also had the privilege to work with survivors of intimate partner violence and have co-led support groups in both English and Spanish.

I find it rewarding when my patients begin to show self-compassion, start approaching conflicting parts with gentle curiosity, and slowly release inner narratives that have been stifling their highest self. I love providing the space for this change to happen and find joy in collaborating with my patients in order to have them take an active and empowered role in their therapeutic journey.
